Howard did a commendable job of assisting us both when we were seeking a home, as well as when we were ready to put it back on the market. He was a big help in having someone to do requested repairs and inspections . He helped greatly when it came to the title as well. He was able to come and view the home almost immediately after I called . I would recommend him to anyone . Very kind , responsive and professional .

Now that the dust has settled, I wanted to send a big thank you to all the work Howard Jefferson did for us. Our journey toward buying our home was not easy, but we got through it with great success because we had Howard by our side. My husband and I lived in Texas but wanted to move to Geogia to be closer to family after retirement. For over two years Howard kept us updated on potential properties to purchase in Georgia, many times Howard drove to the properties and took video and pictures to provide us with additional details. Howard helped us buy a house in 2021. As first time home buyers, he was extremely helpful and patient with us.
