Ian is a one-of-a-kind realtor and person. He truly understands his clients and listens to their needs. He understands that looking for a new home takes alot of patience to be your realtor (well at least with us it did in changing our mind on style, size, etc) but you would never know it since Ian's demeanor and personality never changed. He is energetic, positive, encouraging and most importantly he cares about people finding their forever home. He has rare qualities, of which he can be very proud, that are hard to find in today's world. He is very knowledgeable, professional and ready to respond and accommodate. I found him online when scheduling a house tour and it was the best decision made in this process. I don't believe we would have found our new home if it wasn't for him. If you are thinking about buying or selling, Ian should be your first call. You will be happy you did.

Ian did outstanding job thru out the entire process. He was always responsive and available. He is very knowledgeable of the area and understood my needs. His negotiating skills successfully secured my townhome. I couldn't be happier, loved working with Ian and would recommend him to all my friends and famy.

Ian was absolutely fantastic! We were trying to buy a house in NJ while living in St. Louis, MO and he made the process seamless. Between coordinating FaceTime meetings with me, showing my mom properties, and working with my dad and husband on inspections, he juggled a lot of us and never even flinched. He made a very stressful process as simple as possible and I am so grateful we found him! I cannot recommend Ian enough!

Amy was absolutely amazing and made the purchase of my home possible! She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Amy made herself available whenever I wanted to go look at houses and always answered her phone day or night to answer my questions! Amy has no issues with going above and beyond for her customers and I really appreciate her! I love Amy's work ethic, thoroughness and her dedication to her customers. I appreciate all that she did for my family and myself! I even decided to sell my 2nd home and asked Amy if she would be the selling agent! Thank you for all you do Amy!
