Israel Favela handles business professionally. Moreover, Mr. Favela goes above and beyond. He helped us sell our El Paso house and was understanding of our needs and kept us updated on all activity. This was important to us, since we were out of town. He was patient even when some situations got difficult. It was truly a pleasure and positive experience working with Mr. Favela. My wife and I had a great purchasing experience with Israel Favela. We are so glad our paths crossed when they did. The purchasing market is ridiculously competitive right now, and Israel fought tooth and nail alongside us when we found a house we really liked. Even though the other family was offering more than us (final dollar amount), Israel helped us get the upper hand through other means. He informed us about what sellers are looking for in a buyer, and how we would be able to achieve such things. All in all, Israel was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and invested alongside us throughout the entire purchase. I will not hesitate to reach out to him with any future realty endeavors. As a first time home buyer, I was very wary and apprehensive about making such a big investment, but Israel was more than happy to sit down and reassure me and helped to explain all and any processes of the home-buying experience. He patiently helped me look at as many homes as it took to help me find "the one". He truly is a wealth of knowledge, informing me about the house appraisals process, which issues I should give priority to in requesting to have the owners fix prior to buying, breaking down house values, and every single tiny question or doubt I had.
