Marsie was recommended from one of our friends which just purchased a house too. I texted her and she promptly texted me back and asked what we looking for. She was always highly professional, always on time and looking with us at multiple houses a day. She worked with our schedules. She gave us always an answer to our questions. Even when we was in underwriting and we just had to wait, she checked in with us once a week to make sure we ok. I was in tears when I received this gift from Marsie! It's a beautiful hardbound picture book of the only house I've owned. ? I met Marsie 13 years ago when she helped me in the buying process of my first home, something I never thought possible. There are so many memories made in this home raising my children and caring for my Mom. Marsie recognized the emotions tied to selling this home. Marsie was a true professional through the whole purchase process. From understanding our needs to selecting houses of interest she stayed focused on our parameters and didn't try to upsell. Ours was a long distance purchase and Marsie expertly video chatted us through the virtual tour of several homes explaining and showing the layout, answering our questions, and providing her observations about the property. ultimately we placed an offer and Marsie stayed on top of the whole process watching out for our interests through the process. I highly recommend engaging her expertise and customer focus for your real estate needs. I would hire her again...without hesitation.
