Marty was great! My situation was not the norm, but probably not as unique as I felt. I wanted to connect with a realtor and mortgage company before I was actually ready to seek loan approval. When I contacted other realtors and told them this, they would discontinue the conversation and they all failed to provide guidance. When I contacted Marty and explained this to him, he was very accommodating, helpful, and patient. He referred me to a great mortgage company. Marty stayed in contact with me while I was getting prepared to seek loan approval. He was always available when I had questions and he settle the anxiety that I felt while going through the home buying process.
