I’ve worked with JaCi Wallace on several probate real estate sales and she is amazing to work with! She goes above and beyond her scope of work every time! She is so easy to work with and is understanding when it comes to beneficiaries and deadlines. She has many connections in the Sacramento area and is a one-stop shop for fiduciary real estate sales. Would definitely recommend as a realtor.

Jaci and her team are exceptional! I am a licensed Realtor in CA and Montana. I knew that I needed a professional to Sally our personal residence. It was a challenging property, JaCi and team kept positive and redirecting the marketing approach. Her negotiating skills netted us an extremely fair amount.. without her we would’ve left money on the table. I recommend her and I’m very grateful for her team.

JaCi did a wonderful job of marketing, kept us informed, met with potential buyers and helped us tremendously with vacating the house. She is a true professional and a delightful person! There were challenges with the buyers’ real estate agent, but she was able to work around those as well.

When beginning your search for your dream home, you need a true professional. Not just for the purchase of your first home, but any subsequent property you plan on purchasing. It’s a big investment and you need a realtor that is always available, has knowledge, has integrity with an outgoing personality and who’s an expert in knowing the architecture of homes. If you are dealing with an estate, a realtor that is familiar with the legal language and the process is imperative. This has been our experience with Realtor, JaCi Wallace and her team. JaCi loves her job and in addition to what I previously mentioned, she’s a problem solver, is honest and knows the housing market. She has an excellent eye for structural detail and works long hours, seven days a week. Whether you are purchasing a home or selling one, there is no other realtor that we would want to work with. We’ve had bad experiences with other realtors, so when you’ve found the best, you stay with the best.
