Jack is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to the local market. Our selling situation was a bit unique and we went nearly four months (including a significant price reduction) without getting a legitimate offer, which started making me concerned. Still, Jack was still hopeful as we moved into the fall and sure enough, we finally got an acceptable offer and went to contract. I think Jack is a solid option for those seeking a realtor in the Park Rapids area.

Jack was awesome! He answered all of our questions and made sure that we were comfortable with everything that came up. He met with us multiple times to see and discuss the property, we never felt pressured or like we were being hurried in our decision. We have purchased and sold homes in the past and Jack far exceeds any other realtor we have worked with in all aspects of the home buying/selling process. We love our new home and would recommmend Jack to anyone looking for a great realtor.
