Emanuel helped us look into areas that we didn't know would fit our needs. We were looking for a place close to the i80, close to ski resports hiking trails, and mountain bikinh. He indeed knows the good spots with great mountain views close to outdoors activities and since he's already doing the activities we love he was great at pointing us towardsthe right people and communities. Parker was incredible to work with. He was available at any hour of the day and was quick to set up appointments for us to walk through homes. In fact, the home we ended up purchasing we first walked through at 8 pm. He is personable and comfortable to be around. I never felt pressured throughout the buying process. He always said his top priority was helping us find a home we loved. He has a background in construction so he was also very knowledgeable about the quality of the homes we viewed and gave good insights on future issues we could anticipate. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looked for a home!
