Jackie is very helpful and knowledgeable. Our home and property that we were selling was a few miles out of town, but she was always willing to make a trip out to our house when ever there was a need for papers to be signed or whatever. And if there was anything that needed taken care of that we couldn't do, she was willing to do whatever she could. She kept in close contact with the buyers realtor, in regards to some of the inspection issues and roof replacement that was going to be done before closing. She took nice pictures. She held an open house when the home just came on the market, which I feel is important instead of waiting weeks later. She was knowledgeable in the pricing of our home. She talked us into asking more than we had originally planned on and we were able to get the price she suggested asking.

I moved from Colorado last Oct. My home sold immediately and had not started the process of looking for a home. I called Jackie and we corresponded by phone and was updated of all availabilities. Jackie was able to find my ideal home. She suggested an inspector and businesses to fix the minor problems and communicated with the sellers. When closing came, everything went as planned, thanks to the fine job by Jackie. I would highly recommend her.

I would recommend Jackie to anyone needing a realtor. She is assertive and gets things done. She worked hard at checking out comps in the area to make sure I priced my house appropriately to get the best price but get it sold. She is very personable and I enjoyed working with her.

Jackie did a really good job representing us in the recent sale of our home. Needing to move to Colorado, she listened to our timeline for moving and helped expedite finding the perfect buyer. The closing process was smooth, efficient and almost surreal as we walked out in 30 minutes with check in hand. I'd recommend Jackie to anyone moving to the area or simply across town.
