    Jim listed one of my investment properties for sale. It sat on the market for over 5 weeks with 1 purchase agreement that we accepted but it ended up falling through. He was unable to provide an answer for why that had happened. As it continued to sit on the market I wanted to sell two other investment properties. We were unable to agree to the agent commission rate as his is set to LAC 4.5%, he did agree to reducing it to 4% but we wanted 3%. Therefore we decided to not list the two investment properties with him. We wanted him to focus on selling the one that's been on the market for 5+ weeks. Instead, he sends me a mutual release form. He had overpriced my property and we did two $10k price reduction with still no interest. I would not recommend Jim.

    Jim is a top notch realtor and really good guy. He understands the market and gets results. The office staff assisting Jim is diligent and thorough. Communication was exceptional. I always felt like I understood what was happening along the process.

    Jim and his team were great. They all helped me thru this tough time, and made what I thought was going to be a huge headache into a pleasant experience. The fact that he doesn't waste time and gets to the point was refreshing. There was no lapse in communication if I had a question or concern I wasn't waiting for days for a response. I've already recommend The Gilday Group to many friends, neighbors and family. If your in the market I'd recommend them to you as well.

    Was introduced to Jim through a friend, We are very Pleased and Thankful for Jim! Jim was very patient and understanding with our situation. We are located out of town so he stepped up to care of all areas we needed from lock change once tenant moved to helping with recarpeting and every detail of the sale. He made it as painless as possible with is motivation to get everything done in a timely manner. Thank you for taking care of us and selling the house so quickly!!
