Jim was excellent in both helping us sell a property and buying a new property. He was very prompt and never pushy. He took great pictures and set up our home to sell. We had an offer within 2 weeks! He was also able to help facilitate closings on both properties on the same day. All in all a very positive experience and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a home in the North Country.

Jim Jock is your guy! He made the process to buy our first home virtually painless! We were lucky enough to meet him at an open house, but at the time we weren't quite ready to buy. We stayed in touch, and 2 years later he found us an amazing home!! He is so easy to communicate with, always accessible and knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy. As first time homeowners, he gave us so much extra/great advice and tips. We really felt he was invested in us and what was important to us at such an important milestone in our lives. What a blessing it was to come across Jim to assist us in buying our first home. Not only did he educate us as we moved forward, but he also talked about improvement options that could be available to us. Not once did we have to wait long for a response to a question or concern. The whole process can be intimidating for a first time home buyer, but in hind sight I know now that Jim had that fear covered! I am happy to recommend Jim!
