we have been renting a home from this business for about a year & a half. we have always paid our rent on time. about a month ago our water pressure went out, along with our pipes being so corroded that it's causing leaks everywhere. we can't even live here. so far they are not responding to anything we have request. the owner isn't helping either, even know both are on contract. I've called since Monday, leaving messages and trying at diffrent time they are completly ghosting us. Trust me, don't rent from them!

We could not have ask for a better or more qualified realtor than James Long! We have conducted business with several other realtors throughout the years, and he is probably the most impressive realtor we have worked with. I think the main reason is that he LOVES his job so much and he Loves his hometown of Guthrie as well. Because of this he is extremely knowledgeable of the area. He seemed to always "know a guy" for every job or situation we found ourselves in! We were doing some repairs/improvements to our home and no matter what the job, he always knew who to call. Being fairly new to the area, we were not familiar with that many building contractors or professionals in the area. But James always knew who to call! Also, in preparing our house to put on the market, he gave us helpful advice to make our house more sell-able A few times in trying to schedule showings, when we had conflicting plans, he worked very had to be accommodating to us. We would honestly recommend James Long to anyone looking for a great, enthusiastic, realtor who will do his best to sell your house! Secondly, he helped us negotiate a challenging contract on a house we were trying to buy. He was able to convince the sellers that we were the right buyers for their house! Now, we have sold a house that had previously been on the market for over a year (with a different realtor), and relocate to the perfect house for us! And as the sellers of our home, we are happy to hear that our buyers are very happy as well! Win/Win/Win!! Thank you James!

From my initial inquiry to a listing through past the closing, James and his team went above and beyond. Being a first time buyer, my ignorance was apparent and every opportunity was taken to make sure I was informed in my decision making. Could not have imagined an easier process.
