This is our second time working with James. He and his team were dynamos helping us to sell our home in 2023. It was a whirlwind from listing to contract to closing but their vast real-estate experience and knowledge made the whole process simple. They were on top of everything before I even had to ask and they kept in constant contact with us via emails and texts throughout the transaction. They were extremely helpful with getting some minor repair work coordinated and completed and they even checked our mail for us!

We've loved working with James since we bought our very first home with him in 2019. Since then, we used him to sell that home and purchase a new one. James responds very quickly even when he's busy, gives you important advice about the home you are looking at based on what you've shared you need and stays on top of things to get to closing.

I am an Investor who does high end flips as well as commercial and residential portfolio investment. I contacted James on or around July of 2019 as he was recommended to me as the expert in DC real estate. James was extremely knowledgeable of the DC market which is extremely unique and unlike any other metro area including ATL, NYC, MIA, LAX. I highly recommend James for your real estate needs if you are both an investor or a homeowner, landlord, or a tenant who wants to fire their landlord! James has a network of contractors as well for those home improvements that you will want to have done. James is an expert at local zoning, tenant rights, and ordinances which are some of the most burdensome and ridiculous in the country. You need an expert like James if you are navigating the bureaucratic labyrinth of permits and other items needed when acquiring a property where you wish to make changes or upgrades.
