How lucky I feel that David Evans is who contacted me when I filled in the "more info” section on a Washington DC property I saw online. From our first conversation, David was easy to talk with and I felt that he truly listened, and heard, everything I said. He expressed that he really enjoyed working with first-time homebuyers and was willing to walk slowly with us, and our son, however long it took. 9-months later, David’s experience, and expertise, helped us negotiate and navigate a purchase that was 22-days from first showing to closing (including Christmas and New Year’s holidays). Therefore, not only is he patient, David also knows how to move quickly and efficiently. During the very swift process, he was working with us by phone at midnight, across several time zones as we traveled, and even on his way to holiday parties! Throughout the past 9-months, David was in contact with us the perfect amount. Even when there were lulls during the search, he was touching base by email, and always adding properties that matched our search in the Compass portal. I highly recommend David Evans to anyone who plans to buy or sell a property - you can be assured that he will have your best interest at heart, as an extremely competent Realtor with the highest ethics, and a kind human being.

David completely changed what I think about when I hear "real estate agent." His genuine care for the people behind the property is clear from the first handshake through the close. He made the whole process simple and as stress-free as it could possibly be and I'm very happy with how the search went. I'm quite picky and saw many properties but I never once felt pressured to settle, which was a worry of mine before I started my search and met David. His market insight and deep knowledge of the city's he lived for decades was also invaluable and enjoyably educational at the same time. We ended up in a situation with multiple offers and he knew exactly how to navigate it, guiding us to the winning bid under a VERY tight timeframe! I would have lost the perfect place without his experience and calm advice of exactly what was needed. I cannot recommend David enough, not just as a real estate agenda but an expert, friend, and someone fully on your side in an otherwise complicated process.

David's IMPECCABLE responsiveness, attentiveness, and curating his approach to our exact wishes is UNMATCHED!! We literally went into this process with a lot of angst and hesitation in using a real estate agent while living across the country, and David was a direct answer to our prayers. He led the process so smoothly, worked out every kink, made the impossible seem so achievable and did it all with a smile. Amazingly, we are converted to truly appreciating an expert in this field and WILL BE partnering up with him again! Thanks to David, we had a great experience in this process and now we are moving into our next fabulous home in the exact area we wanted for the exact price we wanted to pay!!
