We have worked with Shannon several times over the last decade both as buyers and sellers. In every way our experience has been positive. Shannon is competent and knowledgeable. But moreover, even when we first worked together, Shannon sought to learn about us and what we wanted. She is generous with her time. Shares her knowledge freely. Makes things happen and even in a difficult market stays the course through closing. Plus she is a warm and caring person. I highly recommend Shannon.

Adam is fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable about DC, very responsive, and helped us find our dream home AND sell our condo sequentially (and negotiated so we could stay in the condo before moving). Besides the professionalism, he is a wonderful person, so it was fun to see him throughout the home buying process. He provides all needed info, but doesn’t pressure, and we felt like we really had him on our side. Adam is perfect for first time and seasoned home buyers alike!

If you need an experienced realtor who fully understands the housing market and can strategize to land the home you want amidst competitive bidding, Frankey Hoyoz is for you. Circumstances required me to find a house right away. I wanted a home in Takoma Park, Maryland and, because I choose not to have a car, it needed to be within walking distance of the food coop and other amenities. Frankey cheerfully went out of his way to show me houses that met my criteria, even at times it wasn’t convenient for him. After viewing several houses, I saw a house I really liked. Frankey showed me the house again to make sure I wanted to make an offer. The seller’s open house was very crowded with a lot of interested prospective buyers so multiple offers were on the way. Frankey carefully structured my offer in a strategic way to maximize the chances of my offer being accepted.. After nearly a week of excruciating suspense, Frankey called to tell me our offer had been accepted. What a relief that was! But Frankey’s help did not end there. He was with me every step of the way as I navigated the intricate process of meeting all the requirements for closing. He even attended the closing to make sure that everything went smoothly. Jennifer was extremely helpful with navigating me through the home buying process. There are many steps that can be confusing for a first time home buyer and Jennifer was able to answer any questions I had or refer me to someone who could provide me with helpful information all while being very responsive via text, email, and phone. Jennifer showed her dedication and attentiveness by taking my calls and submitting an offer while on vacation with her family and I have no doubt that she would do the same for any of her clients.
