James Viscome is a unique realtor with a great vision, professionalism and personality. He explains everything to you and everything looks like “a piece of cake”… he listens to you and he fulfills everything he promised, he is knowledgeable, experienced and tenacious. Surprisingly, in this difficult time of selling/buying our two properties sale price ended up being better than what we figured we would have received and on both occasions, in just one month we had our check in the bank… INCREDIBLE!!!? James is the real estate wizard, he loves his work, he is honest and genuinely committed and interested in his clients to see them happy.

I was expanding my commercial business and looking for a new location when James was recommended to help in our search. My business was located off Cypress Creek Blvd in Ft Lauderdale and we wanted to stay within close proximity to that office. James was able to locate the perfect property with over 9,000 square feet which had 2 conference rooms, reception area, 9 window exterior offices, 4 interior offices, large break room and so much more. James was able to present our offer and get it accepted saving me over 156k off the list price. James arranged for all inspections and was also there to provide interior access for any of our vendors who were providing required bids for data lines, furniture, contractors, etc. The property closed on time and without any issues or stress. I will definitely use James again would happily recommend his real estate services to anyone interested in buying, selling or leasing any type of property.

I received a post card from James in my community of Ponte Vecchio West offering his real estate services and I placed a call to ask some questions. We arranged for a meeting and James gave us some good tips on staging and what improvements to do and what not to do in order to get the most amount for our home. James made all the arrangements for improvements and even managed all the vendors during the pre-listing work. Once the property went to market James keep us updated every single week with all the feedback that could be obtained from the buyers coming through our home. Once James found the right buyer the rest of process went very smoothly to closing. We would absolutely recommend James to anyone needing real estate assistance.

I called James from Zillow about the property he listed down the street from where I had been renting for several years. I was almost prepared to buy when that property sold too quickly. James was able to find me a property which was bigger and more upgraded with new roof and all new windows and for a lower price than expected. The seller of that property had worked with James before and they cooperated for my benefit. My family and I are very happy with our new home and we lots of plans for expansion and more improvements. We had a wonderful experience with James and will recommend him to our friends, family and church members.

James was recommended to me by a family member who James had helped several years back in the same community where we owned a 2nd floor unit. The community is called La Pinata located in Greenacres, Florida. My sister and I went down to Florida to use our family vacation property for one last time. Once we got down there we scheduled an appointment with James and hired him on the spot. Our property was on the market the very next day and the showing activity started. We were still able to enjoy the condo and reminiscing about all the family memories that were created there. James was able get us a contract for top dollar within 30 days and the property closed on time. We ended up having a great vacation and we would happily recommend James to anyone needing real estate help.
