She also provided some key insights into the traffic patterns around locations that would be negative to a daily commute. if you are considering buying or selling a house on singer island, Meike is no doubt the most experienced and knowledgable agent in the area. Having worked as a real estate agent on Singer Island for almost 25 years, she knows about most of the houses on the island than the actual owners! She has single-handedly bought/sold more than any other office combined. At any given time she has a massive database of buyers and sellers waiting in the wings. I lived on the island for almost 10 years and watched her listings and sales and i finally had the opportunity to work with her. SHE HANDLED EVERYTHING. She has connections for anything you need done during the buying and selling process--from handymen to staging furniture (she has a warehouse of staging setups!). She is a master negotiator and a true professional. She's awesome!

Meike did an amazing job helping us buy our house on Singer Island. She understood what was important to us and found the perfect home to fit our needs. She was a great negotiator during the sale and had a fast response time. Her help even continued after closing with the negotiated upgrades. Could not recommend her enough.
