James Ward did an excellent job representing our interests as a home buyer. He was attentive and very quickly understood what type of home we were looking to purchase. He answered any/all of our questions via email, text or phone call. He was instrumental in helping us find a lawyer, a home inspector and several other services that we were looking for. We highly recommend James as a realtor if you are buying a new home.

When we were looking for a Real Estate agent, we chose the one with the highest ratings and Jim did not disappoint. Jim made himself available by phone or text and very responsive to all our questions. He walked us through the process, priced the house appropriately, advised us how to stage it, and hired a professional photographer to take photos. Jim even offered to help us sell items we no longer needed. We accepted an offer above asking within a week and very pleased with the entire experience. If we had more houses to sell, Jim would be our guy, we highly recommend him.

Jim and his entire staff were outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process of selling my home easy. Over the years I have worked with various agents,and none of them were as helpful as Jim and his staff. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy.
