Jim helped us navigate the process of simultaneous selling and buying a home with expertise. He was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our needs. His professional style is low-keyed and focused. From listing to closing in 7 weeks. Accepted offer in 5 days. We are still using his assistance as we prepare for our departure journey.

I would not have come to Jim for a fourth time if he were not the best! Jim has assisted me with purchasing and selling my homes over several years. He's always surprised me with how he can navigate a complicated situation with expertise. My most recent adventure with Jim was the sale of my marital home following a divorce. It was by far the most difficult task I'd given to Jim yet. I was very confident that everything would work out, because that is the only thing Jim has ever showed me he knows how to do. In my opinion, Jim goes above and beyond what many other realtors would do for their clients. It is never something I expect and I'm continually surprised by his attention to details and willing to go the extra 5,000 miles for me. Jim better never retire because I will be needing at least 4 more homes :)
