First time homeowner. Started the process hearing and reading about the horror stories dealing with Realtors who mostly care about the business side of the entire process. My first LO introduced me to Jamie Peart, the best thing they did for me. When I voiced my concerns, she assisted with finding the LO and lender I purchased with. From start to finish, she had my best interest in mind during and after purchasing. Can't sing her praises loud enough! I showed her a few homes I was interested in so she knew what I had in mind, did video showings giving guidance as she went through all homes for the first time on the videos with me. She also went above and beyond with rectifying seller issues with the state of cleanliness and broken appliances AFTER the purchase was complete. If you're looking for a home and especially for first time home buyers, do yourself a favor and give Keller WIlliams a call and ask for Jamie!

Jamie was terrific and I would highly recommend her. She has been in the Lowcountry for more than 20 years and knows the ins and outs of the neighborhoods, development histories and who built what and when and if there were issues. She also knows all about the future planned developments. She quickly understood my needs and wants and steered me in the right direction. She is also a joy to be around. Jaye is an amazing agent who took so much time to help me find my dream home that was in my budget and in the best neighborhood. We toured nearly 20 homes before we found the one and she was always looking for my specifications. The house I bought, she got me the first showing and wrote the contract up in her car from the driveway. The seller’s agent was a nightmare, but Jaye handled her with class and professionalism, taking the negativity off of me.
