Wonderful experience thanks to Thomas. From the moment we first talked to Thomas about our desire to move to South Carolina we knew he was the perfect choice. His knowledge of the area and the process of finding a new home is very impressive. He was in constant contact with us from day one through closing. We are so thankful to have met him and deeply appreciative for all he did to make our dreams come true.

Professional, Experienced & Great to work with! Thomas is an incredible realtor. We were relocating for work and not only did he help us get the highest sale price on our home in our neighborhood to date (and in the very first weekend we listed), he also made the complicated relocation process smooth and easy. He responded to all of our texts, calls and emails immediately and he even helped manage contractors at our home when we couldn’t be there in person. He is kind, he is experienced, he is so professional and engaged.

Thomas helped me with a real estate issue that arose after I canceled a contract. He was not my direct agent, but he was the only person involved in the transaction who was willing to help me. He dealt with me in a knowledgable, friendly and professional manner when he did not even need to help me at all. He is a class act all the way. It was a tough situation, but he approached it as a results-oriented agent and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the outcome (which I was!). I would definitely trust Tom as my advisor when using or selling real estate in the Bluffton / Hilton Head area in the future.

Excellent experience and would recommend Thomas to anyone moving to the area. Thomas was recommend to us by my brother in law and my parents, who both used him in 2022 for their moves to Bluffton. He was the best Realtor we could've hoped for. We were moving from out of state and had never been to Bluffton before, so we relied heavily on all his knowledge. Thomas answered every possible question we had. When we e-mailed or called he responded promptly and quickly. Most of the time it was within the hour if not the same day. His knowledge of the area and the market is unmatched. He helped us greatly with our school choice for our children and answered our questions honestly. I would absolutely use him again and would recommend him to my family and friends.

I can only say great things about Thomas. He was very informative and thorough during our home search regardless of the weather. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Hilton Head area.
