Jan Rich is an amazing agent for both buying and selling. She helped me buy my home in 2001 and then sell it in 2020. In the between years she maintained contact with me to extend our relationship. Jan and her team worked very hard to help me get the house sold as there were a few items that ended up being very challenging to get completed. Her reputation within the community is is beyond reproach and definitely a trustworthy person you need on your team.

Jan is very prompt on getting information if needed. When you call about a home. She drops what shes doing and show you and tells you about the home you are requesting about. She's totally all over the regulations with the Covid virus. And is very knowledgeable and can help you with as much information during the home buying procedures. She also a very nice Realitor Lady. I would definitely recommend her services.

As first time buyers we really didn't know what to do. She was there for us every step of the way. She was very honest and always had our backs. I would recommend her to anyone.
