I feel so fortunate to have worked with Kimberlee to purchase our first home. We looked at countless properties and she always took the time to look at them with a critical eye, pointing out things that could be an issue or something we should keep in mind. Kimberlee was so flexible, responsive, and available with her time that I almost felt like I was her only client, even though I knew that was definitely not the case! If she was not available for any reason, she made sure she could have someone else get us into a home to take a look. She also acted as a voice of reason - when we were worn out from looking at homes and wanting to just put in offers on homes we didn't love, she reminded us to keep level heads and stay patient. When it came time to put in offers, Kimberlee went above and beyond with advising what a strong offer would be and continually following up with the listing agent. After our offer was accepted, she continued to guide us expertly through the process and followed up with all parties as needed. We had used another service where an agent was assigned to us and took no commission several years ago when putting in offers on other homes, and I truly believe we would have had an offer accepted back then if we had been working with Kimberlee. I cannot recommend her enough!

A couple month's ago, I had the chance to work with Kimberlee in which I just decided today that we would not be working together. Overall she comes very recommended from friends. However, after sometime, I realized that I could not depend on her. She refused to communicate with me in a timely basis and ultimately provided advice that steered me the wrong direction. I can see flashes of why she was recommended - however the overall service was subpar.

Kimberly Calabaza has helped us find and buy two homes now. In 2008 we were looking for something small and close to downtown Seattle, Kim helped us find a cute condo close to everything we were looking for; walking distance to Downtown, Pioneer Square, Cap Hill, Stadiums, and Chinatown. As our family grew in 2013, Kim helped us find a perfect home in Whidbey Island. She did not hesitate to go above and beyond her home in Tacoma. Kim's patience and devotion helped us find that unique place that we can truly call home. She answered all of our concerns and helped us through the difficult financing process. Kim's experience and can-do attitude with a substantial source of information would make any future client extremely satisfied. Personally, i appreciated how she truly answered all my questions, she always said "no question is a dumb question!" she was there to help and like she helped us, she will help you. I loved working with Kimberlee and she helped us get exactly what we were looking for. She put it a lot of time showing us houses and when we found the perfect one she was a big help in getting our bid accepted. On top of that she got us in connection with a great loan specialist.
