She has extensive experience in the valley and knows how to guide clients toward the best properties. Jana Barrett listed and sold our historic residential property in Gunnison, Colorado at full asking price. We were out of town at the time and Jana took care of Everything for us, making it so easy for us to sell the property. She even coordinated the fixing of minor repairs as required! Her customer service is top quality and her communication skills and knowledge of the local real estate market are unsurpassed. Jana goes above and beyond for her clients. We will definitely use Jana again!

We are so happy to be working with Jana. Since we signed with her, she has shown our property more than it was shown in the past couple of years by a previous realtor. She is knowledgeable about the area and has had folks from other states come look at our land. She understands our love of the area and the land but also understands our desire to move on. Jana has kept us up to date with potential buyers and we are very glad we listed with her. We have no complaints and are so happy with all she does.

I made contact with Jana with a short list of about 7-8 units I was interested in viewing. I had one day available to travel to Crested Butte to see everything I could. Jana was very accommodating and well prepared for a quick morning of showings. Jana’s knowledge of the Crested Butte(history to today’s conveniences and mountain activities) were insurmountable which helped me to determine the appropriate location for me to buy or build. Jana made me feel welcome and as if I was priority and darn near family. I wasn’t looking for the most expensive property, but Jana made me feel important to her and kept me encouraged that she was on my side to negotiate the best deal for me whether I was spending $1M or much less. I highly recommend Jana for her respectfulness of complaints or concerns, her attention to details and quick orderly and organized professional assistance. Her availability and response times were amazing and even though I was only able to spend a few hours in person with her, our phone relationship and electronic documentation were on point. With a few changes and confession negotiations, we closed in less than 30 days from our decision to make an offer. Thank you Jana, should opportunity present itself again, you’re our gal!

We had our property listed with other firms before and had little to no activity and very little communication. Since having Jana handle our listing she has communicated with use through the whole process. Her web site is very professionally done and our listing looks great. We look forward to a timely sale.
