Showed us several properties. She has lots of local knowledge and enthusiasm. Her follow up was just right- not pushy but very helpful with appropriate suggestions. If we decide to buy another we will definitely contact her.

Jan was wonderful in helping us with our relocation. Although, we chose to live elsewhere, she took great care of us and was very knowledgeable. We have recommended her to our other friends that will also be relocating.

Jan helped us buy a home in Corinth, MS. We were living 6 hours away when the process started & Jan was great to work with us by phone, email, fax, etc. She listened to what we wanted & was very informative about the areas in town, the taxes, the lending process, etc. We ended up buying a foreclosure & Jan was very helpful through that process. She provided direction on everything we needed...including home inspection, lenders, attorneys, even repair people once the house was purchased. I will definitely recommend Jan & use her for all our real estate needs! We really feel like she worked hard on our behalf & did a fantastic job!

Jan is friendly and was available nights & weekends, which was really important for us since we had a short time to find a home. We moved here for my husband's job. A lender recommended her. They usually know which agents do a good job.
