Amazing in every aspect! The Duncan team not only manage my property, but provide prompt and professional service. I wanted a property rented in 3 months and they did it in two, and managed to get the best tenant anyone could ask for...not to mention they did this amidst a global pandemic without missing a beat. Seth Duncan also provided multiple exit strategies that he went over in detail before we chose the right one. They treat your business like it is there own. Near impossible to find a team that operates at this caliber. I wish i could leave more stars on the review!!!

Joshua went above and beyond to help us. He was available to answer all our questions and concerns. He was instrumental in getting land rights researched and resolved. He even made us a flyby drone video of the entire property for us to have. It is amazing and we still show it to friends. Joshua even helped us with recommendations for some work we needed to have done. We are new to the area and Joshua was an amazing resource for us. You cannot go wrong with Joshua and the entire Duncan Team.

First of all, I'm a very active participant in the search process when looking for a home. I'm all over the place and making my own inquiries, which I'm sure can be frustrating for a realtor. However, not only did the Duncan team not make me feel bad, they rolled with the punches and were always there to help. I worked with Janice, Seth and Josh during my search and all of them had the same accommodating and professional approach. They know this area extremely well and you can count on them to provide great recommendations. If you're looking for a realtor in this area...you can't go wrong with Team Duncan.

Every time you walk in the office of Peoples Choice Realty you are greeted with a smile. The entire team is friendly and very easy to work with. My wife and I have been working with Josh Duncan for about a year now. He showed us several houses and worked around our schedule to ensure we could see them. He made the entire experience of finding a house very fun. In the end he found the right house for us and the kids. We couldn't be more thankful for his time and dedication. He made it feel like we were his only customers and always had time for us. I would hoghly recommend Josh and Peoples Choice Realty to anyone in the market for a new home.

I need to preface this review with a little about my standards. I expect quite a lot when it comes to people in the service industry. If my server lets my drink get below half without bringing me a refill, I won't tip well. My meat was undercooked twice in a 4 year time span and I've never been back to the chain restaurant since. So when I say Seth Duncan reset the bar, it means a lot. I mean, he shattered the bar, then mined an asteroid for rare metals and hand forged a new one. THAT is just how much better he did that the last person who set my bar, which was already quite high. Seth Duncan's knowledge, conduct, and timliness absolutely blew me away. He did so much more than anyone could ever expect and went immeasurably far out of his way to get me what I wanted, all with a smile on his face. I moved to Tennessee from out of state so I had a few more hoops to jump through than most, and Seth got me through everything like it was just a walk in the park. Keep in mind, the whole process took well over a year. I just don't even know if I can accuratly describe how incredible my experience was with him. If the rest of his team is HALF as good as he is, you'd be an absolute fool to go to anyone else and I'm not quite sure how any of his competitors stay in business. I'm posting this everywhere I can because you just can't go wrong working with Seth.
