Janice has been excellent to deal with in the process of this buy. She has been extremely professional and I would recommend her to anyone. She treats you like a person instead of treating you like a Job. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Was always honest and up front and answered any questions i have had. If she didn't know answers she worked quickly to get them. Genuine person.... was not an act. Thanks Janice

I have known Ms. Janice for several years. When I moved away from Dublin 5-6 years ago she was my realtor who sold my house. When I decided to move back to Dublin there was only one person I wanted to help me find a new home and that was Ms. Janice. She has a knack of finding the right home in the right area for her Clients. I will admit I'm a little hard to please when looing for a home, but Ms. Janice never wavered even in the middle of a very trying time in her life and found the perfect home for me. You could not find a more qualified, Nicer agent in the area. Not only would I recommend her in the future, I recommended her during my buying process to other potential clients. Janice was wonderful, she was the listing agent and we found her to be fabulous. She was very knowledgeable. We are from out of state and she was very professional and handled our business with ease. We think the world of her and believe she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in any way possible. We would definitely recommend her for any real estate dealings and would definitely use her again if the need ever arises.

She showed me several homes before I found one I liked. She was very prompt in responding to questions or concerns, very dependable, and extremely knowledgable about the purchase process. She did a great job of helping me navigate the process of making an offer and the following negotiations. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Janice.

Very nice . A agent that knows the business . Took care of all contract issues with no problems , met us at the house with the key to the house , and walked around the property for any questions we had .Was pleased with her services.
