My husband and I were interested in home buying back in 2021 and we did not know where to start until he came across Jasmine’s husband who said wonders about his wife, and let me tell you he was not wrong! As soon as we came in contact with her she did an outstanding job for us in stepping in and making sure we buy a new build since the market was so competitive and over saturated. If it was not for Jasmine and her dedication we would not be where we are at today with our loving home. Several years ago Jasmine assisted me in buying several rental properties. She has a great personality along with a knowledge of real estate in general that is exceptional. Her use of modern technology to keep up communication with me and her other contacts needed to complete my purchases made it so easy. She is hands on I would recommend her as your agent.

I recently relocated to the area and was looking for a home. I met with Jasmine and let her know what I was looking for. I was concerned that I would not be able to find everything (or most) of what I wanted in a house within my budget (still suffering from CA sticker shock). No more then an hour later Jasmine had already sent me several homes to consider. It did turn out to be a challenge to find a home, but Jasmine kept a positive attitude and was sure she would find me my home, even when I wasn't. Jasmine did find me my home and I am happy to say that I am in escrow! Throughout the process Jasmine was always available and responded to my texts, calls and emails almost immediately no matter the time or day. As soon as I was interested in a home, she would contact the agent and set up a showing around my schedule. I lost count of how many homes I looked at, but there were many. She walked me through the process and stayed in contact with all parties involved. I enthusiastically recommend Jasmine Bucio for your professional Real Estate needs.
