Barbara just now NEW Jason was wonderful to work with. He's very knowledgable, professional, and always available to talk to us. He took the time to get to know us and put in lots of effort into helping us find a house that fit our needs and budget. If we need a realtor in the future we will definitely use Jason!

My husband and I recently moved from NY to PA. Not knowing areas, towns, or even people, we went to a website that ‘assigned’ us a realtor. We could not have gotten any luckier! Jason is amazing! He was so patient and understanding while working with us. Due to the insane market, we found it easier to build a house. Jason helped us every step of the way. He happily fielded phone calls, texts and emails all hours of the day and night. Since we were from out of town, he even went to the lot in which we were interested, and face timed my husband and I so we could see the place!! He was our eyes and ears while we were 300 miles away. To say he went above and beyond for us is an understatement. He’s more than just a realtor. He was (and still is) our advocate with the builders real estate agent, helped us with the mortgage process and insurance agencies. He’s recommended restaurants, places to go (and places not to go) and been an overall great source of all things Central PA. We cannot say enough good things about Jason – hard working, eager, patient and just an overall incredible realtor.

I worked with Jason Bange on finding 3 rental properties for investing in Lancaster . Not only was he really responsive, but he took the time to understand my business needs he was patient enough to show me multiple listings over the course of several months to find the right space but also he save me money ,he introduce me to a great home inspector as well a good contractor It didn't matter if it was early, late, a weekend, a government holiday etc., I felt like I was his number one priority every single time I called , texted or emailed him . I'm grateful for his support and expertise in the field of commercial real estate. His dedication and knowledge in real estate Lancaster was so helpful to me as I’m new in long distance real estate investor

Jason did a wonderful job in finding us a house, even though we lived out of state. He did several very comprehensive video tours which gave us a good idea of what a house was really like. This saved us a lot of time. When we came down to look at houses, he was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He helped us find a home in the neighborhood that we wanted and negotiations went very smoothly. He recommended a home inspector, a mortgage company and someone to help with a few projects for our new home that we have been very pleased with. We are very happy to have found him. This is the 5th house we've bought and the best experience we've had with an agent.

Jason helped my business partner and I purchase a rental property, and helped us every step of the way. He made the whole process very easy to understand for us, and was always easy to contact and communicate with. Even after closing, ge continued to lend his support in answering any questions we had. Absolutely went above and beyond. He is now helping me look for my next property. Can’t recommend him enough!
