Service has a name, and it’s spelled CP! It can be hard to find good service these days. But occasionally you come across someone that loves what they do so much that they make what could be a stressful experience, one of delight and joy! I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, and few match the dedication, personality, and knowledge that Chris has. Working with him is not to just form a business relationship, but a personal one where he is interested in helping you find the right home for you and your family. I wish I could say that all his clients will be invited to his next Super Bowl party, but it’s just not feasible. For one, he has way too many clients. It’s astonishing that he has the time to help them all, but as I said before, this man has dedication. And two, I highly doubt most of his clients are as charming and fun as I am… You will also be hard pressed to find anyone who knows and cares about the Carson Valley as much as Chris. He was raised here, left to further his education and gain life experience. But like MacArthur’s return to the Philippines, Chris has returned triumphantly to raise his family and fulfill his promise to help those in need of purchasing or selling a home. God speed my friend, and a heartfelt thank you for all your help!

Chris did an amazing job from start to finish! He helped us hone and define our interests, needs and wants, then was able to find and get us quick access to many homes during our search. He was patient and encouraging as we navigated the market and unknowns and always made us feel like we were his #1 client! We found our forever home and we can definitely thank Chris for helping us every step of the way!
