Jason and Briana Lorge are amazing real estate agents! they helped us sell our house in San Dimas within a month and got us the best deal, their negotiation skills are simply great! They were super nice and supportive throughout the whole process, gave us valuable advice and had great ideas. They staged our house very nicely, took great professional photos and coordinated everything perfectly. They were very patient and accommodating, always ready to help with anything, going out of their way, they even took the oversized trash for us and offered more help. They are very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area and sold many houses, They are very professional yet super friendly and nice to talk to. They would respond immediately to any questions we had and they would explain everything in detail to us. We highly recommend them as real estate agents to our friends and everybody that needs to buy or sell their house for a great value in a timely manner.

We could not be happier that we chose Jason and Briana to sell our Dad’s home. We had just lost our Dad and needed to sell his home. Upon meeting them I knew immediately that they were the best agents for the job. So kind and compassionate! We loved them! They helped us decide what we needed to do to get the house on the market. Once the house was listed, I flew home to Florida. They took over with beautiful marketing brochures, open houses, great negotiation skills and outstanding communication.They got it sold and FAST! Everything was handled with phone calls, texts and emails, because i was out of state. Jason and Briana are professional and reliable. They were absolutely wonderful to work with!
