I don't know where to begin expressing my gratitude to Mike Chou and Kristine Cheng. After some unsuccessful attempts to purchase a home with a different agent, I had the tremendous fortune of being connected with Mike and Kristine. The day after meeting them, I attended a first-time home buyer seminar at their office, where I gained valuable insights. Within a week of meeting them, I was in escrow. When escrow fell through a couple of weeks later due to issues with the property, Mike and Kristine immediately pivoted. They showed me several properties back-to-back, provided strategic guidance, navigated highly competitive waters, and got me back into escrow in just 5 days. Utterly astounding. Throughout it all, they were incredibly kind, supportive, positive, generous, and professional. I felt that they genuinely looked out for me, and I could clearly see their efforts to get me the best deal possible. Kristine Cheng. The hands-down winner right here. After failed attempts to purchase a home with another agent, good fortune led me to Kristine. Wesley was amazing. We live out of state and knowing he was there and offering support made the hard decision to sell much easier. He was always available for questions and support.
