Jason is by far the best realtor in the State of Colorado. He has managed all home purchases in my family and has exceeded expectations on every one. He has earned my business and my family's business for life! If you are looking for honesty, transparency and an overall champion in a buyer's realtor then by no means look no further. (and trust me; when we are ready to sell, Jason will be the listing agent!)

My wife and I started working with Jason last year on our search for our first home. From day one he was always very professional and helpful while also being honest about his recommendations during the home shopping process. We always feel as though we can trust what he says when he says it and that it's not coming from any place other than one of a desire to see us succeed in our home buying goals. He's a genuinely kind person and always a pleasure to spend time with and work with. We could not recommend him any higher and will definitely be returning to work with him in the future for the rest of our home buying needs.

There is not enough praise I can give for the job that Jason has done. He is extremely personable and has and incredible sense for negotiation. He helped us with our purchase more than we thought possible. Buyers and sellers, if you are looking for a realtor who will be your personal advocate even when you’re not looking, Jason is the man for you. I could not make a higher recommendation.

First off Jason is amazing. After listening to where we wanted to live he began emailing us homes in the selected area. Anytime we wanted to see a home he made the long drive and assured we could see the home. Once we found our dream home, Jason began speaking with the sellers agent. Even with a few other offers on the home Jason was able to make us competitive and get us under contract. The entire process was a breeze and every time I wanted to stress out Jason was able to keep things calm. Whenever I had a question Jason answered the phone or texted me immediately then called me when available and answered all my questions. He got us through the entire house buying process so easily I still can’t believe it. I’ve used 3 other realtors in the past and never had an experience like I did with Jason. As I sit in my new home writing this I can honestly say if you don’t use Jason and his team you are missing out!!!
