Ethan did a fantastic job quickly finding me a good deal on a new condo. He was very knowledgeable and found exactly what I was looking for and negotiated a good price for me. He was extremely responsive and always kept me in the loop with the progress of the transaction. He even helped me move my things after closing! Above and beyond, definitely would recommend him.

Gabriel did an amazing job helping us find a home, she is very quick to respond and is very knowledgeable on all aspects of buying a home. As first time home buyers we didn’t know much about what To look for so Anytime we sent her a home we were interested in she was sure to make sure she looked at it first and communicated anything flaws, restrictions and benefits she saw with them before we even went to look at the home. That was extremely helpful because we knew what to look for on our home hunt! Side note: Gabriel really treats you as family when buying a home and always makes sure she checks on us even after closing! She’s a great Realtor!

James is an excellent realtor. He’s so thorough, responds on time, gets the job done, and is extremely kind and thoughtful. We felt so lucky to have James as our realtor. He took care of everything that needed taking care of when we purchased our home, and he is such a good person to work with. Going on this homebuying journey with Carlos, as our realtor was the best decision we could’ve made. We were new to the state and had no real knowledge of neighborhoods of Colorado. Aside from them we had a very specific checklist of things we need for this new home which included great school districts, safe neighborhoods, access to parks, and easy access to highways. Carlos was able to find us homes that met most of those criteria in the end, got us a home that checked all of those boxes, was within our budget for not just purchase price but also monthly mortgage. He helped us throughout the whole process and insured that we were well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Carlos to anyone buying a home in Colorado.
