Jeremy is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He has helped us sell two houses and buy two houses. He has always been spot on with his advice in ever changing market conditions. He is a great listener and so patient during the buying process when asked to see different properties over and over. He lets you set the course of action and offers his opinion and expertise when asked. He is punctual and scheduled quickly in time sensitive markets. You need Jeremy to help you navigate the purchase or sale of a property.

Jeremy was very helpful even before we hired him … helped us know what improvements were needed to get the best buyers. He was very responsive to our questions about the contract, helped us with questions about inspections and arranged with buyers a closing date to accommodate a funeral of a family member. After the closing the buyer’s agent shared how nice our agent had been … which was important to me since he was representing us and our values for kindness. The house sold in 24 hours - Amazing Job!

Before I moved to Tuscaloosa a family friend recommended Jeremy Dobbs to help with my choice for new home. We visited all homes on my list but was not satisfied with them. Jeremy suggested several houses and one became my favorite. He was very professional and patient and guided me through the process step by step. He was also able to advise me on other real estate issues later on. Could not ask for a better real estate agent. Highly recommend him for ant real estate needs.

Jeremy has helped my wife and I buy three homes and sell one. Most recently he walked through an extremely frustrating purchase of a short sale home with us. It ended up being over a 3 month long closing process with a lot of complications. He did a lot of proactive work and negotiating on our behalf to make the best of the situation and keep the process as smooth as possible for us. He's got a lot of applicable experience, he listens well, communicates well, and he's honest. I've never felt like he was just trying to make a sale or push us in any way. Very thankful for Jeremy's help!!

Jeremy was amazing in assisting my husband and myself in the purchase of our first house. We had no knowledge of the qhat was needed and he was patient and walked us through the entire process. He was also very patient and understanding while showing us so many houses until we finally made a decision. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the local real estate market. Jeremy made aure that we were getting the best deal on the house we chose and negotiated with the other realtor/seller on our behalf. I have and will continue to recommend Jeremy to my family and friends.
