Jay is knowledgeable and responsible. He never pushed me to make an offer I didn't want to make and was respectful of my time and needs. the house i bought was not very pricey, but Jay never made me feel I didn't get fully professional service.

We purchased our house with Jay a couple years ago and his responsiveness to our needs was impeccable. We then used him for our mother's home, as well. Jay is top notch!

First met Jay and his lovely family when we stayed at his really great AirBnB place. We had come to the NFV to look at the possibilities of moving there. As it turned out, two or three of the properties he showed us were outstanding and we should have bought one of them. Then the market got away from us. Jay is a gifted writer, and his real estate summations of the local market are outstanding. On the side, he also writes about his family's long history in Colorado, and the stories are priceless.

Jay is an excellent realtor that is super familiar with the Paonia area. I was looking at rental properties and Jay is very knowledgable about current rates. He is skilled in understanding the needs of an investor.
