He helped us navigate multiple offers and all the paperwork and negotiation, ensuring us a good match with solid buyers and a smooth, worry-free sales transaction. In the end, we sold at a much higher price and much quicker closing than we expected, thanks to Jay. Being older clients and away from the area for much of the time, having an agent we could completely trust was essential. Jay was constantly in touch, providing updates and answering questions.
