Jeff did a great job finding and selling our house. Very professional and knowledgeable about Pine Mountain area and how to live there. I would reach out to him again if I needed assistance in purchasing a home. I trusted him on his opinion/advise.

I have known Jeff since 2008 when he was helping my husband and I find some property in the Frazier Park mountain community to have a premanufactured home placed on it. We ended up finding a foreclosure home instead, but Jeff was there with us every step of the way to try to make the first plan become our dream. He is so kind and understanding and know this mountain like the back of his hand. He will do the best for you, even if it is not necessarily what other people have tried to talk you into. Jeff has become a very close friend of ours and we truly treasure his friendship.

I do highly recommend these two professionals both Brokers of California they sold me our house we had questions and concerns they were more than helpful to get her answers fast enough as possible Jeff and Patience are very highly professional people and I give them 5 stars

I have bought 7 properties from Jeff. Starting in 2006 I bought a house that my current realtor at the time told me he wouldn't submit because the offer was to low in his opinion. I ended up buying the house for less plus Jeff negotiated to include some of the furnishings. Then in 2008 Jeff helped with the purchase of a foreclosed property. Later he assisted in the purchase of a quadplex in Pine Mountain & helped with procuring one of the multi use commercial property's there. One can't find a better realtor in the Frazier Park area. Jeff knows every property there history and there problems!
