Hunter Platte was beyond an outstanding agent for us. He is literally the definition of an agent who went above and beyond. We had been looking for a property in Tahoe for over 3 years with several different agents with no luck until we met Hunter. He was always available to show us properties at a moments notice. Anytime we needed to speak with him he answered our calls or texts right away. Within a few months he found us the home we finally purchased. Not only was he successful in finding us our home, which was kind of a fixer upper, but he provided us with many different people who were available to help us do the updates and fixes we wanted. His negotiation skills are second to none. He got us a substantial credit toward the repairs and updates that needed to be done. Just amazingly thankful to have found Hunter and would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a hard working, honest, professional, truth worthy, and all around nice guy to find you your home. Truly a concierge realtor.

Hunter is an exceptional realtor. He is knowledgeable and effective. He demonstrated dedicated interest throughout our house-hunting process; he was attentive to our wants and needs in a home, and being observant and experienced, he pointed out pros and cons of properties which added to our understanding of the market. Hunter followed up on our questions regarding properties within the day. He was extremely efficient and effective when we put an offer on our home and he lined up our inspectors to support our condensed closing timeline. His professional network is comprehensive which continues to be a help as we begin our remodeling efforts. Overall, he made a potentially stressful experience an enjoyable journey.
