Jennifer Dorn and her team were incredible to work with. We had a hairy situation with a tenant living in a property that we wanted to sell. We hired Jennifer and she was able to negotiate with the tenant. She made what we thought was impossible actually happen. After that, her and her team took care of everything - painting, repairs, powerwashing, landscaping and all the other details needed to list. Once listed, Jennifer stayed in close contact with us about everything they were doing to find a buyer. And before we knew it, we got an offer at the price we wanted! I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Dorn and her team to anyone with a challenging situation. She's the one you want on your side.

Jennifer was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and just all around wonderful to work with! We needed a very fast turnaround to get our house ready to sell, to sell, and to close and be able to buy another one in a different state within a 3 month time period.
