Jennifer Falconer was a pleasure to work with. Not only did she have knowledge about the about the area, the value of places on the market, she also zoned in on what we were looking for. We had 5 days available to buy a property and with her help this was accomplished. She treated us the same as she treated buyers looking to spend many times more than what we were spending. She also helped us a tenant for the place we were leaving. We highly recommend Jennifer.

Jennifer has been very helpful and most knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. She helped me to sell and to buy. She was friendly and honest in all aspects of my dealings with her.

We’ve used Jennifer two times to both list and buy homesas well as help rent our condo. Jennifer has a lot of experience and helped to make each transaction go smoothly. She’s very knowledgeable in real estate. Whatever questions or concerns we had, she always knew the answers. Additionally, she caught a couple of things we never would have known to consider during each buying and selling process. She had great references for all the services we needed: lender, escrow, title, termite, home wareranty, etc. That was especially helpful because it meant we didn’t have to research and find all that on our own. Another standout item was her availability and response times - both excellent. Selling and buying a home involves a lot of timelines, paperwork and could be a lot more stressful if you don’t have good representation. We were always confident with Jennifer on our side. We’ll probably have to move within the next couple of years and you can bet we’ll be calling her.

I could never have bought my beautiful condo without Jennifer's help. She was enthusiastic, helpful and creative--everything a first-time buyer requires. She was extremely knowledgeable in the intricacies of finance and the endless paperwork required to buy into this community. My appreciation always to Jennifer for a job well done.
