Jen helped us find our perfect first home. She answered all of our questions and her referrals for a lawyer, mortgage company, septic inspector, and home inspector were all terrific. I highly recommend her!

Was comfortable with and confident in Jennifer Jopko right away. Jennifer went above and beyond: referred good reliable people when we needed to make repairs. Great advice and follow-up but not pushy. Kept an eye on the house while we were out of town and sale was pending. Picked up CO when we couldn't. I highly recommend Jennifer Jopko to anyone trying to sale their house, would use her again.

Jen was great throughout the entire process. This is the second time we have gone through a home transaction and she was so much better than her competitors from the past. We had a difficult sale with some tough negotiations with a demanding seller, but Jen was great throughout the whole process. She kept us on target and kept the sale moving forward. I'm confident that with a different realtor, the sale with our buyer would have either taken longer, or would have fallen through entirely. She knows the local market well, is very responsive to texts/calls/emails, and is an all around expert. USE JEN!

Jen worked patiently with us through several “close calls” until we found the home of our dreams, and then made it happen for us. She made herself available at a moment’s notice, and went above and beyond with helpful suggestions and contacts. We will be using her again in a few months to see another property.
