Jennifer is great! She helped us to rent out our home a few years ago. The experience was so pleasant that when we were ready to sell that home, we went strait back to her. We live out of state and the process of selling our home that far away from us was a little potentially a little unnerving. She made the entire process painless. She was in constant communication with us, answered all our questions and went above and beyond. When we needed repairs or upkeep on the home, she helped us find appropriate service providers and oversaw the work being done. She even went over and cleaned or vacuumed the floors a few times! She always made us a priority during any negotiations and made sure everything went exactly as it should, down to the final signatures. She knows the area and the business. I have no doubt that we would work with Jennifer again.

Jennifer is top notch in her approach in selling real state. She listened to my concerns as I live out of state. She helped me to coordinate different vendors. Her knowledge of the area was great! She is a true professional and I highly recommend her.

As soon as my husband and I met Jennifer we knew we had found the right person to handle our listing. She went out of her way to help us, even helped move furniture around as my husband had just had surgery. We sold our house for more than we ever expected to and I give all the credit to Jennifer. She worked so hard for us we feel like she really cares for her clients. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone and everyone that needs a good agent who will be caring as well as efficient. Jennifer helped our family buy our second dream house. Jennifer also helped us buy our first house 10 years ago. We knew that we wanted her as our realtor with out a doubt. She is extremely knowledgeable & very thorough. We saw dozens of homes and Jennifer was happy to go out to see as many as we can. We had not bought or sold a house in 23 years, and the market had changed a lot . Jennifer told us up front how she planned to market the property and what we should expect. Then she did exactly what she said! Our house sold in 3 weeks because Jennifer did a great job of pricing and marketing the property. She was always available when we had questions, and went the extra mile to keep is informed throughout the process. Working with Jennifer was a joy and I highly recommend her.
