Jeremiah has helped us through multiple home buying experiences. Our last experience was difficult but Jeremiah thought outside the box and got our home sold. Jeremiah is very personable and professional. I would recommend Jeremiah and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Even if you think it is impossible he will find a way!

We have been working with Jeremiah for three years now and we are so grateful to have met him. He is the epitome of professionalism, genuine care for his clients, and expertise. As first time homebuyers and home sellers, he helped us make the transition as smooth as possible. He helped us manage our expectations and made sure that we knew what we were getting into, especially in the midst of a pandemic. He also has a staging business and we were receiving compliments left and right during showings on how our home looked like a model home. He is also very well-connected in the area so that put us at ease. On top of all that, he won a distinguished real estate award recently, which was highly deserved! I have bought and sold over 19 residences in my lifetime. Jeremiah Oswald tops my list of realtors I would work with again. He is honest, kind, patient and most important, knows the real estate business. In addition, Jeremiah was able to recommend several outside professionals who quickly helped make repairs while our house was on the market. Knowing that our home was under a Home Warranty Program as long as we worked with the Oswald Group was comforting. Notably, other realtors and neighbors told me my selling price was too high, however, Jeremiah detailed the reasons he believed the property would sell at or near our asking price. His advice included location, condition of our house, lot size and knowledge of the current market. He was right! Our house assessed and sold via a VA loan and assessment, in the middle of the covid-19 shutdown at full asking price. In my experience, Jeremiah and the Oswald Group is a top of the line real estate organization.

Having sold a variety of properties through the years, it was refreshing to list with someone who truly understands the market and our home’s value in it. Being a resale in a new development with comparisons and foot traffic in short supply, we were not optimistic. But Rhonda never wavered in her belief in the true value of our home. She was creative in exposing the property to both buyers and their agents, and was willing to hold open house as often as we wanted. Fortunately it didn’t take many and we closed within 60 days at a pleasantly surprising sales price. Rhonda is a professional in the truest sense of the word and will be there to guide, support, and counsel her client from start to finish. Thank you Rhonda!

My husband and I reached out to Jeremiah while we were still living in Colorado back in 2017. We weren’t going to be in South Carolina for another two months and he virtually helped us find a great place to rent that matched our standards. He really took time to find out what we really wanted and gave us exactly that. From hundreds of miles away and different time zones, Jeremiah was extremely responsive and helpful. Fast forward to two years when my husband and I decide we want to stop renting and invest in a home….we knew exactly who we should call. My husband was deployed and Jeremiah made sure he was just as part of the home-buying process as I was. We were first-time homebuyers and had NO clue what we were doing. Seriously. Jeremiah broke down every step for us and explained it in Layman’s terms for us newbies. We really felt that he could be trusted wholeheartedly because he gave us the good, the bad, and the ugly. He told us the absolute truth and that is what we like most about him. He is not after a sale like most realtors are, but he really wants you to find a home that you’ll love. He will tell you straight up if you are not making a wise decision and we will forever be grateful to him for that. We eventually bought a home in Feb 2019 and we couldn’t be happier. We feel so much peace with the decision that we made and that is in huge part to Jeremiah and his team. He answered all our questions about which loan provider and insurance provider to go with. I would text him at any hour and he would be there. And this guy goes above and beyond for his clients! No joke. After we closed on the house, my husband and I had a vacation planned in Costa Rica. When we arrived to our hotel room in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, we find wine, chocolate, and a note to congratulate us on our new purchase! Isn’t that crazy?! He listens and he cares. If we ever have to make another move or sell our house, Jeremiah will be the only one we will call.
