Jesica and Julia are THE BEST. Anytime we wanted to see a house, they showed up for us. They were kind, considerate, and gave encouragement in the midst of a stressful, crazy market while always being transparent and honest with us. They know their stuff and showed up with negotiations, helpful ideas that would make our offer stand out, and helping educate us in every step of the process. I could always get ahold of them and they made themselves very available. We appreciated how personal and professional they both were. Working with them was a lot of fun too! Jesica and her team were fantastic to work with! They helped us through every step of the home buying process and truly made the whole experience much easier for us being first time home buyers. Jesica is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always available by call or text. She answered all of our questions along the way. We would definitely recommend Jesica to anyone!

My family has worked with Jesica through Spencer Real Estate for 7 years now. She helped us buy our first home (2015), sell it, buy our second home (2018), sell it and now helped us find our forever home (2022).
