Jessica Vargas and Janel Washington are simply amazing!!! I recommend anyone who is looking for a agent/broker to work with them. I met Jessica several years ago. I was not ready to buy a house at the time, but Jessica kept in communication with me through out the years, inviting me to various events and checked on me to see if I was ready. I appreciated her persistency. I spoke with her this year and told her I was interested and she quickly got the ball rolling and I was approved! Jessica has vast knowledge in the real estate industry and was committed from beginning to the end. Janel is awesome! She and I went to look at houses. I found the a really nice house and we closed at the end of August! Buying a home can involve a lot of different emotions. Janel kept me encouraged. She is very professional and thorough. These ladies held my hand through out the entire process. They quickly responded to any and all of my questions. They didn’t treat me like just another client. The relationships I built between these two I plan on maintaining for life. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They really go to work for you and I recommended them to my friends, family, and to all of you.

Jessica did an outstanding job in assisting me with my selling process and selling price of property. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the property asking price in the area and working with me to promptly get property ready for sell. She also communicated with me in a very timely manner about all details of what was needed by email and text.

Jessica and Janell were so awesome to work with. They made the process smooth and amazing. I can be difficult at times, but they fought to understand me and my needs and got me to the finish line. I could not have wished to work with a more knowledgeable and professional team than them. Thanks again so much for helping me find my forever home!

She was fantastic! Sold my house within 3 days of being on the market for over asking price! She was extremely responsive and kept me in the loop at all times. She’s very well organized and overall is fantastic to work with. She’s genuine with everything she does. At no point did I feel rushed. She wanted the best outcome for me and pulled out all the stops to achieve that.

Quianna was superb! She offered support and assistance every step of the process. She sent possible listings. Showed properties and gave very good recommendations for other services. The other associates were respectful a small supportive through the process as well.
