This was the 3rd house we sold in 4 years and the first time using Jody and the Parrish team. Her decades of experience with the STL market really showed in her strategy of when we should put our house on the market l, even down the to the day of the week. From listing to closing took 34 days. Though she couldn’t predict how long our house would take to sell (no realtor can!), her strategy got us top dollar and aided in the quick sale. Jody was extremely responsive and if she didn’t have the answer, she found it and followed right back up with us. She made sure we were kept informed at every stage of the selling process. I highly recommend Jody and the Parrish team. Whether it’s for a $300K property, a multi million dollar listing, or you are in the market to buy, Jody and team are the ones to call! We definitely will the next time we need a realtor in the St. Louis area.

Jody was a fantastic agent during the entire buying and selling process for my family. She easily worked around our busy work schedules to make the entire process painless. Any time we had a question, she would immediately respond. This is our second time using Jody as our agent and we would gladly use her again.
