I cannot say enough good things about Ashley. My wife and I moved to the Nashville area when I started a new job earlier this year. At first, we were looking in the Murfreesboro area. I quickly realized the commute was not going to work for me, and Ashley pivoted quickly. She was open and honest at every house we went to, and never shied away from telling us "yay" or "nay" if we were indecisive. When we decided we wanted to look closer to the city, and to compromise a bit of square footage, Ashley had the report ready for us that night with hand picked houses for us to look through. She worked hard with the seller agents during a crazy time to be a buyer, and helped us get a competitive offer in on the cutest townhouse ever. I cannot recommend Ashley enough. Her experience paired with her personality make her one of a kind in the realty space.

I could not be happier with my experience with Jessica. I learned from a bad experience what a good realtor is - transparent, honest and working hard for me - the client, not herself. If the fact that she sold my home in Smithville is nine days benefitted her too than I was more than happy to oblige.

There are few times in life when you meet a realty team who is as kind, compassionate, and caring as Team Warner. On top of that, they are professional, guiding, leading, and getting the job done in a seamless manner. As we became part of Team Warner and worked through the sale of our home, from start to finish, Jessica and Katie showed us the kind of professionalism and kindness we would expect. There was not one phone call that was ignored or one email that went unanswered. Each team member went above and beyond to answer our questions and walked us through conversations in accurate detail. Ashley Oliver and Team Warner helped us purchase our home last year during what was a very stressful and crazy time to buy. I really enjoyed working with Ashley because she quickly got a sense for what we did and didn't like.
