Jill was fantastic to work with! She is very knowledgeable and supportive, and has extensive knowledge of the market and local area. She was always available, quick to respond, and truly walked me through every part of the home-selling experience. She also was a great negotiator and stayed on top of the sale all the way through the closing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Tampa area.

JILL WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND VERY FRIENDLY. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS A EASY PROCESS AND MAKE MY HUSBAND AND I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE PURCHASE.

With Jill's background in appraisals she is the right person to work with buyer's as well as seller's when making this very important decision of buying property. She had a list of inspectors, insurance brokers, handymen, and was available on short notice to open the doors for inspections. Honest, enthusiastic, knowledgable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jill to anyone looking to buy or sell property!
