My wife and I met Mike at an open house and instantly was impressed on his knowledge of the Apollo Beach area and made him our realtor. He did an amazing job not only showing us residences in the area but providing his knowledge of home construction, the most desired neighborhoods and streets to live on and followed up with us. We highly recommend Mike and his team. You will not be disappointed.

Mike is fantastic! This was my 7th house purchase. While I’ve had some good realtors in the past, none compare to Mike. He knows real estate inside and out. His responsiveness and service is unparalleled. If you have a real estate need, don’t even THINK about hiring anyone else! Best experience ever.

Mike is the best RE Agent I've ever worked with, it's not even close. My wife and I purchased a home in Apollo Beach (Jun/2021) that would not have happened without Mike's expertise and detailed knowledge of the local market. That experienced influenced us to list the sale our Brandon home with him, which sold for well above our asking price shortly after one open house event. Mike understands what's important (versus not) and does a fantastic job of navigating clients through all aspects of the buy/sell process. We enjoyed working with him and strongly recommend Mike as a "go to" real estate professional in the east Tampa/South Shore areas.

Mr. Simpkins handled the sell of our home and the purchase of our new home recently. This was our 14th and 15th real estate transactions in 35 years and Mr. Simpkins was the best realtor we have used by far. We were very impressed with his knowledge of our areas, marketing materials/strategy and the handling of our transactions from beginning to end.

Micheal Simpkins recently was our realtor for my wife, and I's first-ever home. My wife and I were completely clueless about the processes of buying a home. Micheal gave us recommendations, advice, and catered personally to our needs. When we found a new build home we were interested in Michal personally showed up with us to tour the construction site. Micheal helped us negotiate the best deal possible and ensured that everything on the house was precicly what we wanted and finished adequately before closing. He also worked with the builder and loner to ensure we picked the right type of mortgage to fit our needs and verify that we would not have any other hidden costs or fees. Micheal is exceptional in his field and made our first time buying experience a breeze. Additionally, he let us use his company vehicle to move into our new home. If anyone I know tells me they are looking for a home, I will send them straight to Micheal and his team.
