Tracey Settlage and her business partner, Jill Rice, of the Rice/Settlage Team, were wonderful to work with during the sale of our home. We were worried because we sold at an off-time of the year and at a time when interest rate hikes were coming quickly, but that didn't deter these ladies. Tracey took the lead on our sale - she was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. She stayed engaged throughout the process and didn't simply list our home and then walk away (we've had past realtors do this when we've sold homes in other states). They went the extra mile, holding open houses and providing a home stager and top-notch photographer; as a result, we had 3 offers at the end of the first weekend it was listed! Tracey's advice was spot-on when it came time to review the offers and helped us get the most from our sale. We highly recommend Tracey and Jill and their personalized service - they will be the first people we call if we sell again in the Atlanta area.

The Rice Sales Team was fast and fantastic. Very responsive. Gave us honest opinions and expertise help when it came to getting our house market ready. Offered several local options to help prep and walked us through everything step by step. Excellent service. Would definitely use again.

Jill was amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer I was a little overwhelmed going into it, but Jill was with me every step of the way! She made the process seamless and was readily available to answer any question I had.
